When I first ordered your sample kit, over a year ago, I was pleased with what I received. I got the impression that I was dealing with a company that paid attention to details.

When I received my first order of half log siding, I was even more impressed. The material was uniform, straight and free of defects. Other than my cut ends, there was no waste.

Last week I received an order of tongue and groove pine and cedar paneling, in addition to some more half log siding. I was really impressed this time! The finish on the paneling is consistent and free of bubbles or debris. The pieces were all straight, and, apart from a few of the cedar boards, free of splits (not surprising given the nature of cedar). Everything was very carefully packaged and arrived in excellent condition. You folks surely do pay attention to details.

I almost wish I had another house to build so I could order some more of your product! You can be assured that, should the need arise, I won’t even bother shopping around again. You have won my gratitude and my loyalty. Keep up the good work!

Please tell Rick the log shipment arrived in excellent condition.

I off loaded them and carried them to the back yard in about 5 hours. They left the trailer at my house all weekend so it worked out great. The corner posts mitered beautifully into the 4 corners although I had to get a new toy to cut them. My regular saw was not big enough. But I am very pleased and will send some finish pictures when I am done. I may even have to stencil or burn WoodHaven Logos in one of the wall logs.

Now that I know who you are and what part you played in my Estes home renovation I would first like to thank you very much for the maple products you sent us at the holiday season. It was very unnecessary but much appreciated.

Like I told the woman I talked to this morning, it's funny that I live in Indy, spend all winter sledding in Cadillac, gamble in Traverse, and have your product in my Colorado home.

Though we didn't have any direct dealings with each other, I would like to mention that I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of your siding and corners. There has been very little shrinkage and no warping whatsoever. Even the painter mentioned that very little time had to be spent in prepping the siding for finish.

Thanks again for providing such a fine product and having such an important role in my home which we'll enjoy for years to come. I have included a few pictures which best depict your siding.

Attached are photos of Our Dream Vasa Home. I talked with Eric, the siding foreman who has done several log sided homes. He said your quality was outstanding – they only had minimal pieces of scrap.

He, originally, thought that the butt joints had to land on the studs. So, he was impressed with your end matching and how stable the siding was due to the extra care you take in kiln drying it. As you know, we have had some "bumps in the road" during the construction process, but are very pleased with how it is coming together. We should probably be in it in a month or so.

If, you are ever over on the sunset side of the state, stop by, we would love to give you a tour of Our Dream Vasa Home!

Just wanted to drop a note to you to let you know I received my shipment of prefinished 1X 6 end matched knotty pine panels earlier this month. It was packaged very well and arrived in good shape except a little damage on a couple tongues on one end. Excellent product!

Very straight and very flat. The tongues fit perfect and goes up with no problems. I will be sending you pictures as my project progresses. Again, EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
