… the wood is remarkable.

When somebody stands out and does something extraordinary, they should talk about it. When people are spending their hard-earned money, they need to know about the best of the best.

My wife and I chose WoodHaven quarter-log, round siding with the tongue and groove feature for our cabin. It’s good, quality wood that looks beautiful. The stain is nice, but the wood is remarkable. The knot pattern is amazing; it gives it definition.

Much of the log siding I have found can be stained to look nice, but it is usually featureless. God made all of the trees, but he made some more beautiful than the others and this superior look is what we received from WoodHaven. The knot pattern makes it stand out; it’s amazing.

In today’s world there is no shortage of companies that will tell you how great their product is, unfortunately you often are underwhelmed. Other times after you see the product, you think well, it’s not special but we can make do.

The cost-savings for you or your contractor will be revealed when the full length of the product is used. Other wood companies make the end of the siding land on a stud for support. WoodHaven, with its tongue and groove on the sides and ends allows you to install faster and, in our opinion, it makes a more beautiful look.

When contractors can move faster, you save money on installation. If you put it up yourself, you’ll save time. It’s nice. It’s neat. It’s more seamless.

There’s one more element: People in sawmills and their executives don’t always work as a team. At WoodHaven, they do. If you’re uneasy because you’re spending your hard-earned money, it is comforting to know that if you find any pieces that are not usable, they will replace the number you ask for. Any company that will do this is serious about standing behind their product. It makes me feel like a little piece of their heart and soul is contained in our cabin.
